  New organ for Jrlunde Kirke, Denmark
  Jrlunde Kirke is a typical Danish church on Sjlland, dating from the 12th century and best known for its medieval wall paintings. Frobenius have recently been selected to build a new organ for the church, which will replace their 1964 single manual organ of seven speaking stops. The new organ will have 24 speaking stops and 24 ranks over two manuals and pedal, behind a faade designed by architects Johannes and Inger Exner. It should be completed in early 2006. • New Van den Heuvel organ for Copenhagen Concert Hall
  Danmark's Radio is to move from its historic location to a brand new building designed by Jean Nouvel. The new concert hall, due for completion by 2008, will seat 1800 people and feature a symphonic organ by Van den Heuvel. The instrument has an unusually Romantic palette for a Danish venue, with both a variety of unison voices and a large number of mutations, including three Septimes and two Neuvimes.
  
  Also unusual is the large use of swell boxes, something rarely seen on this scale in Europe. The Solo's Tuba chorus is separately enclosed, giving a total of four departments under expression. Manual compasses are C-c4 (61 notes), and the pedal compass is C-f1 (30 notes). • Cameo Cinema, Regent Street under restoration
  The six rank 1936 Compton organ of the former Cameo cinema, Regent Street, London is being restored by HWS Associates. Following releathering of the chests and tuned percussion, the organ has been thoroughly cleaned and the blower refurbished. The organ is in its original home and is almost entirely original, with only some cabling and a music desk being new, both in the style of the originals. The building is famous as the venue for the first ever public film show by the Lumiere Brothers in 1896.
