These reports complement the Research Reports reviewed by Andrew Hayden. The first two in the series concern the organs in the Morlanda Church and the Hökhuvud Church, both in Sweden. Both reports include a CD of photographs, drawings and measurements. This is organ building research at its very best and provides a model for other research centres to emulate. Each report begins with an historical overview, followed by detailed technical descriptions and analyses of the instrument, with painstakingly produced drawings and photographs as well as key measurements. These reports will be of especial importance for organ builders and master's level organology students. Very highly recommended as a model of what is possible and should be the 'gold standard' in this type of writing.
